We recently purchased a spec home from a builder who had their preferred broker. The builder was adamant that we couldn't get the incentives they were offering unless we used their broker. This was not upgrades in the home, it was already done but the financing incentives. Well, these guys hadn't met Nan and her team at Abundance Home Mortgage. Nan was initially referred to us by our realtor during a previous purchase and based on that experience she was the first person we called when the time came to buy another home. We contacted Nan before seriously starting the buying process as having the finances in order is paramount. I am so glad we did, Nan and team were very aggressive meeting the needed closing date and exceeding the financial incentives offered by the builder. Selling your home is pretty straightforward, you commit to a price and agree to date in which you have to turn it over to the new owners.
